We’re building the layer between students and study spaces.
PingleAI is the parent company. Tobixo is its flagship product: a two-sided platform that helps students find a quiet place to study and book a seat in it, and gives library and study-cabin owners the tools to list their space, manage it, and get paid.
Our mission
Give every student access to a focused, distraction-free place to study, on demand, near them — and give every library and cabin owner a simple way to digitize bookings, payments, and operations instead of running them through phone calls and paper registers.
Why we exist
Study spaces run on paper. Students don't.
Across the country, study libraries and cabins are booked by phone call, by WhatsApp message, and by pen on a paper register. A student who wants a seat has to know a place exists, know someone to call, and hope a seat is free when they arrive.
The owner’s side is no better. There’s no live view of who is sitting where, no reliable record of what’s been paid, and no way to reach students who’d happily fill the empty seats.
Tobixo replaces that with something simple: a live seat map, a booking you can make in seconds, digital payments on both sides, and a dashboard that tells an owner what’s actually happening in their library. Then we added the tools students asked for once they sat down — a focus timer, an AI study mentor, mock tests, and course content.

Quiet by design
The product promise is focus. That shapes everything — fewer steps, less noise, no dark patterns pulling you back into the app when you should be studying.
Both sides or neither
A booking app is worthless without libraries on it, and a vendor tool is worthless without students. We build the two sides together, not one and then the other.
Verified before listed
Vendors complete KYC — documents and bank verification — before most features unlock. Slower onboarding, but payouts and listings people can trust.
